2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or downloading the Ping Nepal apps, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Definitions

• You / User: Anyone accessing or using our services
• We / Us / Our / Company: Refers to Ghumti Tech LLC
• Services: All offerings via the Ping Nepal app and website

4. License and Ownership

All intellectual property on Ping Nepal is owned by Ghumti Tech LLC or its licensors. You may not:

• Republish or reuse content without permission
• Sell, rent, or sublicense our content
• Duplicate or exploit materials for commercial use

5. Linking to Our Website

If your organization wants to link to our site, email us with:

6. Our Services

We offer utility bill payment services for Nepal through our mobile apps and website. We reserve the right to update, modify, or suspend features at any time for technical or policy reasons.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via PayPal and Payezzy (First Data).

• Successful transactions are final and non-refundable.
• If a transaction fails due to our system, you may choose a refund or reprocessing.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

We do not store your payment information. For refund assistance, contact support@pingnepal.com.

8. Delivery and Confirmation

Payments are usually processed in under one minute. A confirmation SMS is sent to the recipient and an email to the sender. In case of delivery delays or failure:

• We will notify the sender
• You may opt for a refund or reprocessing

9. Third-Party Payment Services and Unauthorized Transactions

PingNepal uses third-party payment providers to facilitate certain payments. Depending on the payment method selected by the user, payments may be processed by PayPal, credit card providers, banks, or other third-party payment service providers.

PingNepal does not collect, store, access, or control the user's payment credentials or sensitive payment information submitted directly to these third-party payment providers.

The processing, authentication, authorization, and security of payment information submitted directly to a third-party payment provider are governed by the terms, conditions, privacy policy, security procedures, and policies of that third-party payment provider.

PingNepal is not involved in and does not have access to the user's payment credentials during the payment authentication and authorization process conducted by the applicable third-party payment provider.

If a user believes that a transaction was made without their authorization, the user must promptly notify the relevant payment provider, such as PayPal, their bank, or their credit/debit card issuer, and may also notify PingNepal so that we can review the transaction information available to us.

Because PingNepal does not have access to the user's third-party payment credentials or authentication process, PingNepal cannot independently verify whether a user personally authorized a payment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PingNepal shall not be responsible or liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from the unauthorized use, compromise, misuse, or theft of a user's third-party payment account, payment instrument, or payment credentials.

Any dispute regarding the unauthorized use of a third-party payment account or payment instrument should be raised with the applicable payment provider. PingNepal will reasonably cooperate with payment providers and authorized parties in investigating reported transactions where required.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

We provide our services "as-is" without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses due to service interruptions or misuse.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate our terms, engage in fraud, or misuse our platform.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States.
